FACILITIES

Our fitness studio has 2 modern, clean changing rooms with showers. Our bathrooms are kept clean and smelling fresh, and we have plenty of lockers that are large enough for coats and bags. Towel service is included for all class participants.

We have a water fountain and free bottled water. Flavored water and Muscle Milk are available for purchase.

Equipment is available to use during class, so you do not need to bring your own. This includes barbells, dumbbells, steps, yoga mats, exercise balls, resistance bands, and more.
