BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
HIGH transforms old school aerobics with modern fitness techniques (such as HIIT) to music you know and love! This class alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate and strength to the next level.
Exercising muscles around the core, CORE provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
This class is a fusion of ballet, pilates and fitness that tones the legs, glutes and core. We utilize equipment such as balls, glider discs, weights and resistance bands as well as the ballet barre. No ballet experience required! All fitness levels.
Power Pilates is a strength training Pilates class that will work your entire body with special attention to the core and glutes using equipment such as balls and bands. Moves can be modified to progress or regress intensity, all set to great music. All fitness levels.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. This strength/cardio format uses an exercise strategy that alternates strength and cardio intervals by using weights, bands, Plyometrics and high/low cardio moves.
BodyCombat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
PiYo LIVE is a low-impact core workout designed to build strength and improve flexibility & balance.
Using only your body weight, you will perform a series of high-intensity moves of Pilates and Yoga while
working every muscle for a long, lean, and defined physique. These dynamic, flowing sequences deliver
real results through nonstop movement that burns serious calories and gets your heart pumping.
CARDIO STEP AND STEPFusion
Cardio Step is a whole new spin on an old classic class! You’ll torch calories and shape your body with lots of varied, mega-fun choreography. Straddles and repeaters, V-steps and marches, step touches and knee lifts — this class features all your step favorites and some new moves to make it modern! ! All levels of fitness are welcome. You can do the moves without a Step too! StepFusion has the added bonus of strength and core work incorporated to make this a well rounded class.
A 6 week circuit style class that mixes strength training and agility. Participants will be taken through timed drills while utilizing various equipment as well as bodyweight exercises.
Additional fee applies. $75 for members, $85 for non-members, deducted on the first day of class.
A flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement to breath. This class is designed to elongate the muscles, build strength, and work balance. Attention is given to alignment and breath, and modifications and progressions can be made for all levels. You will leave feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Bootcamp is a intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. Each bootcamp workout might stress body weight exercises (calisthenics) while another stresses weights or military-style drills.
In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics — such as pushups, squats, lunges and crunches — as well as drills and sprints. A boot camp workout is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.
